Herwig Konings

Tokenized Securities

Herwig is an entrepreneur in the fintech and crowdfunding space. In 2013, he founded InvestReady, a leading compliance technology company that provides investor verification software. Herwig advised one of the first Security Token Offerings in history in 2017, Herwig founded Security Token Group, a company that provides financial media, tokenization consulting, and investment products using blockchain technology and is globally recognized for Security Token Market (STM) as the leading source of trading data and information for tokenized securities and assets. Clients include large asset managers, investment banks, investors, researchers, and the wider Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization industry. Greg LeBlanc

Portfolio Manager

Former partner and portfolio manager at Wellington Management. And founding member of Sustainable Leaders.

Twenty-six years at Wellington Management, LeBlanc was responsible for portfolio management of energy and commodity portfolios and served as the energy and commodities sector team leader for over a decade. Also responsible for integrating the firm’s ESG practices and factors.

Mr. LeBlanc graduated from Bates College and holds the CFA designation.

John Linnehan

Founding member of Digital Investing Securities, John brings extensive investment management to the team. John is a C-level executive with over 30 years of experience building global investment management platforms, including at Pioneer Investments, Guggenheim Investments and Promethos Capital.
Former Founder of Promethos Capital, CFO Guggenheim Investments, and Pioneer Investments.

Mike Cullinane

Advisor & Private Equity Manager

30 years experience in private equity & turnaround management in the United States and Eastern Europe.

Led turnaround practice in Slovakia and provided advisory services to the World Bank and USAID projects in Slovakia, Romania and Macedonia

Investment expertise managing private equity investments and distressed situations. Extensive experience in turnaround and maximizing recovery to stakeholders
